The staff at East Lane Commercials were helpful and friendly and when I collected my Mercedes Sprinter it was very nice and clean and looked great. The van was very expensive but up to now It seems to be worth the money. I would recommend.

I purchased a Mercedes Sprinter form here in February and I am very pleased with it. It was a good price! I have had to change the battery but other than that it's been perfect. The dealer was happy to help and was very friendly. Had a great deal from Dean on a 2015 VW Crafter. Looked after very well. A pleasure to do business with very knowledgeable Mercedes and VW people. After a few weeks had a couple of problems with the van. After a visit to Dean. Two hours later, new parts fitted. Job done. Customer service excellent. Highly recommended.

Bought our first Mercedes van from ELC it’s just over an hours drive to get to them but the van looked so nice and the price was very reasonable (especially in the current climate) we bought the van, drove it home to Lincoln without issue, later that day we went to get diesel and the EML came on, the error code showing Nox sensor fault. I sent a message to ELC and within 12hrs Paul rang me, he had a couple of new sensors in the workshop and with no ifs or buts, no hassle and no attitude he told me to bring it back up at my convenience he would keep the part to one side for me and when I get up there he would fit the new sensor. (I arranged to go tomorrow morning) I know we have only had the van a week but I’ve bought vehicles from bigger dealerships in the past who really don’t care at all after they have made a sale, So the after care service from Paul and his team is a breath of fresh air!
I wouldn’t hesitate to (and will) recommend East lane commercials to anyone looking for a van! I’m genuinely delighted with the whole experience of buying this van!
